While earning her Master's degree in Computer Science, she and three fellow students founded their first company. She has been a software developer, project manager, consultant, leader and coach. Combining many years of practical experience with open-mindedness and up-to-date expertise, she is passionate about solving today's complex problems together with the people involved. She strives to make IT more diverse as a key to problem solving and good collaboration.

Sandra Roggow is a consultant business analyst (currently in the area of IT infrastructure) at Thoughtworks and was the second chair of the board of Digital Media Women e.V. until December 2021. In this context, she was one of the initiators of the Berlin Declaration 2021. At Digital Media Women, Sandra Roggow worked intensively on the topics of digital leadership, digital transformation, unconscious bias and the opportunities that arise for women in the course of digitization. Inspired by this, she decided to study business informatics again. Since January 2022, she and her colleague Ursula Göpfert have been responsible for the N.O.W. IT initiative. A network for women in the technology industry who want to be part of an open and inclusive network to come together, learn from each other and get inspired.

The trained advertising executive and communications graduate is also the founder of the online marketplace kitchennerds.de, a matchmaking service for chefs for dinner or private cooking classes at home, as well as (online) cooking classes for private individuals and companies for teambuilding.

Stefanie Langner hails from an entrepreneurial family and has gained experience in various domains such as luxury hotels and public relations.

After pivoting to pursue her true passion for conquering the digital realm, Stefanie co-founded and successfully exited Leankoala & koality.io, a thriving B2B SaaS enterprise. The mother of two is dedicated to promoting women's empowerment, previously serving as a co-ambassador for the Geekettes, and advancing diversity in technology as a co-founder of rehearsal.io. Her goal is to foster inclusivity and equality within the industry.

Verena is a Cloud Consultant at superluminar. After several years as an HR expert in the tech industry, she discovered her passion for programming in 2020 and has been dedicated to modern software development and infrastructure ever since. Next to her daily role as a consultant, she actively shares her knowledge by speaking at tech conferences and meetups. Throughout her career, Verena has been advocating for more diversity in tech.
